i've been all doped on pills all day and my mouth is too sore to even go running. this is depressing. i just want to work out, i cant lay in bed for 2 whole days. i feel lazy. hopefully my wisdom teeth heal up soon. even though i do like not being able to eat even if i want to. i'm not supposed to have solids for 1-2 weeks!! :)

i ran 2 miles yesterday and did a denise austin ab work out w/ K
food today: banana tea veggie burger 260 veggie chips 130
im also about to eat an apple.
so far so good.
i'm down six lbs since last week at the beginning. :) i wanted to be down 10 by friday but i don't see that happening..maybe i'll be down 2 more or something.

im about to go home and make a bean wrap w/ these spinach tortillas that my mom bought. mmm. only 4 more months til im out of the house and i can not eat as much as i want!! yay. except i hope that college dorm food has vegetarian/vegan options and like..healthy food. so that i can still restrict and whatever.

i just like to talk about my eating disorder. i like it to consume me and be me. i'm light headed and ghostly. i'm fragile and barely here. my mind is elsewhere. i'm going to be thinner. by the day, hour, second. i feel it. i'm not giving in this time. something to focus on and live for.
today: 140: yogurt
under 1200 today. maybe under 1000. depending. down to 135 before i start college. down to 125 in college. maintain it. live it, be it.

apparently a jimmy johns beach club has 921 calories. who knew.
yesterday: banana pear veggie pizza BINGE:( 700 calories subway: 400 calories
i think averaged around 1300 or so. at least it was under 1500. boo for the binge though:( at least i ran 2 miles and did abs of steel.
today: banana v8: 30 cals jimmy jonns (no mayo) probably around 700 calories i'd say.
bought a prom dress yesterday. i need to lose weight fassster.

gahh. after the death cab for cutie concert in detroit kristin and i stopped at taco bell on the way home at 2am :(
shoot me.
so i came home, didn't sleep at all. i did abs of steel, ran 2 miles, and did lunges and lifted weights. hopefully i burned some of that disgusting shit off. meanwhile im extremely tired and have yet to eat anything else today. thank god.
